The Sabre P PD603 process meter combines operational simplicity with high end features to deliver the perfect low-cost 1/8 DIN digital panel meter for display only applications. The PD603’s menu structure is easy to navigate because the only selections are for input, decimal point location, and scaling values; there are no other menu choices to add confusion during the setup process. Despite being a low-cost meter, the PD603 is still packed with many features typically found only on more expensive meters, such as a NEMA 4X front, universal power supply, front panel programming, input current overload protection, UL listing, and CE marking.
- Why you should buy:
- Low Cost Display Only Option
- NEMA 4X/IP65 Front
- Analog Input
The PD686 is an Intrinsically Safe and Nonincendive, NEMA 4X, loop-powered indicator that is easy to install and program and can be seen from considerable distance. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines into a hazardous area; the meter gets all of the power it needs from the 4-20 mA loop and the PD686's 1 V drop results in a minimal burden on the loop. The meter features FM and CSA approvals as Intrinsically Safe and Nonincendive, a wide -40 to 85°C operating temperature range, and is provided with a ½" conduit hole in a location of your choice for easy installation. Calibration is a quick two-step process involving the adjustment of only two non-interacting potentiometers. Why you should buy:
- FM & CSA Intrinsically Safe & Nonincendive
- Loop Powered
- 1 V Drop on Loop
Go with the Helios PD2-6100 when you have a weighing application where you need to read the display from a distance, or outside in the bright sunlight in temperatures between -40 to 150°F. The PD2-6100 tare feature can be used to remove the weight of the container from the weight calculation. You can even re-transmit the weight signal with the PD2-6100's optional 4-20 mA output. Why you should buy:
- Large Dual Line Display
- Load Cell and mV
- Dual Scale Weight and Volume
The 1/8 DIN cutout filler is an accessory to the enclosure product line. It consists of a generic bezel with a black faceplate, as well as mounting brackets, gasket, etc.
The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6000 explosion-proof process meter offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6000 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It accepts a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal and displays it on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright® sunlight readable display. The meter includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the transmitter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA output. The PD8-6000 can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in SafeTouch® through-glass buttons or the RS485 serial communication port with free Modbus® protocol.
The PD685 is an easy to use, loop-powered indicator, certified by CSA, ATEX and IECEx as intrinsically safe. The PD685 carries international certifications under both the Class/Division System and Zone System, and is thereby suitable for use in gas and dust hazardous areas worldwide. For Division 2 applications where intrinsically safe interfaces are not needed, the PD685 is able to be installed without barriers! To achieve this ability, the PD685 underwent a special 'nonarcing assessment' under the UL 121201 and CSA C22.2 No. 213 standards, and was determined to be a device incapable of causing an ignition on its own. The PD685 is wellsuited for both indoor and outdoor applications and carries a variety of environmental ratings, including NEMA 4, Type 4X and IP67.
The PD685 can be seen from considerable distance in bright sunlight or dimly lit areas when the standard backlight feature is activated. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines into a hazardous area. The meter gets all of the power it needs from the 4-20 mA loop and its 1 V (4 V with backlight) drop results in a minimal burden on the loop. The meter features a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range and is available with a ½" conduit hole in a location of your choice for easy installation. Calibration is a quick two-step process involving the adjustment of only two sets of coarse and fine, non-interacting potentiometers.
The PD6100 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts strain gauge & load cell inputs and mV signals up to 300 mV (unipolar) and ± 250 mV (bipolar) for weight indication and force measurement applications. With a max output current of 350 mA at 10 V, it can support up to twelve (12) 350 Ω load cells (minimum load resistance of 28 Ω), making it ideal for multipoint weight measurement applications. The PD6100's dual-line display and powerful dual-scale capability allows the measurement to be displayed in two different units of measure; gallons (volume) could be displayed on the upper line while pounds (weight) is displayed on the lower line, for example. Another use for the PD6100’s dual-line display is to simply show the units of measure on the bottom line. The PD6100 stain gauge meter includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the sensors and can be equipped with up to four internal relays and two 4-20 mA outputs. Why you should buy:
- Load Cell and mV Input
- Dual Scale Weight and Volume
- USB Programming
The PD6060 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts two inputs of either a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal. It displays these signals on a dual line, 6-digit display that is available with an optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The meter can be customized such that these two inputs are displayed in a variety of ways, including both at the same time with tags or the result of math functions performed on one or both of the inputs. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6060 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. The PD6060 can also be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA analog output, and Modbus® serial communications. The PD6060 includes a 24 V DC power supply to drive the transmitters. ProVu meters can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software. Why you should buy:
