Precision Digital's high precision digital panel meters are designed to measure a wide range of process and electrical variables, including speed/velocity. Signals are accepted from pulse, open collector, NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave (coil), and square wave inputs. Velocity transmitters, such as tachometers and counters, provide pulse outputs that can be read and scaled by these devices to read in engineering units on the display. All meters feature dual-line, 5- and 6-digit displays that are easily read in sunlight and from wide angles and are available in NEMA 4X front digital panel meters and FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof meters for hazardous areas.

  • The PD6300 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from a pulse output (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6300 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6300 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    Why you should buy:
  • The Vantageview PD6730 is a plastic, field-mounted flow rate/totalizer that can display flow rate and total from a pulse output flowmeter. Its display has a five digit upper line for rate, a seven alpha-numeric character lower line for total, and comes standard with a backlight. The PD6730 is built in a NEMA 4X and IP65 rated plastic enclosure which can stand up to even the harshest environmental conditions. It can be powered from an included battery or a 24 VDC external power supply. Some features that really make the PD6730 stand out are its automatic unit conversions from flowmeter k-factor units, ability to log up to 1024 data points, and SafeTouch® through-window buttons. These buttons allow the PD6730 to be programmed and operated through the cover window, thus eliminating the need to remove the cover in dirty or wet environments.

    • Battery or Line-Powered
    • Pulse Input
    • Displays Rate & Total
  • The ProtEX-RTP PD6830 is an explosion-proof flow rate/totalizer that can display flow rate and total from a pulse output flowmeter. Its display has a five digit upper line for rate, a seven alpha-numeric character lower line for total, and comes standard with a backlight. Like all ProtEX products, the PD6830 carries FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals for use in hazardous areas. It can be powered from an included battery or a 24 VDC external power supply. Some features that really make the PD6830 flow rate/totalizer stand out are its automatic unit conversions from flowmeter k-factor units, ability to log up to 1024 data points, and SafeTouch® through-glass buttons. These buttons allow the PD6830 to be programmed and operated through the glass, thus eliminating the need to remove the cover in a hazardous area.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD6363 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) pulse output (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6363 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6363 dual-input flow rate/totalizer includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6300 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6300 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product.
