Field Mounted Indicators

Field Mounted Indicators
Precision Digital manufactures a wide range of field-mounted indicators and controllers that are suitable for harsh and hazardous environments. They can be easily mounted to pipes, walls and other surfaces in your facility, inside or outdoors. These meters feature either rugged NEMA 4X safe area enclosures or FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx approved explosion-proof enclosures. Field mounted loop-powered meters can be installed in areas with limited access to additional power because they derive their power from the 4-20 mA loop. Many of these meters feature large digits and sunlight readable, wide angle displays.

  • The Survivor PD662 NEMA 4X, CSA Certified (Electric Safety), loop-powered meter is perfect for applications where a simple, inexpensive display is required and AC power is not available; the meter derives all its power from the 4-20 mA loop. The meter is scaled using four push buttons and can be done without applying a calibration signal. It features a 3½ digit 0.6" display that will read up to 2999. The loop-powered backlight option lets you see the display under any lighting condition and is powered completely from the 4-20 mA loop. The optional DC-powered heater allows the PD662 to operate in temperatures as low as -55°C.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6000 when you need a large display meter to display the 4-20 ma output from any transmitter you might have. The PD2-6000 can display that output in six full digits and will also provide the 24 VDC to power the transmitter. The PD2-6000's NEMA 4X enclosure, super bright, 1.8" (46 mm) high LEDs, and wide operating temperature range make it perfect for outdoor applications. The PD2-6000 can also be equipped with a 4-20 mA output as well as four relays that can be used for alarming or control applications, including pump alternation control.
