  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6001 explosion-proof level indicator offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6001 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It is specifically designed to display level in feet & inches, instead of the usual decimal format. The meter accepts a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal and displays that signal on a dual-line display with convenient feet and inches designations on the upper line. The upper display can even read fractions of an inch in 8ths or 16ths. The lower line can be used to indicate a tag or to display the input in another scale, such as volume in gallons or liters. The PD8-6001 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the transmitter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in SafeTouch® through-glass buttons or the RS485 serial communication port with free Modbus® protocol.

  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-7000 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD7000 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It accepts a direct temperature input from a wide range of temperature measurement devices (type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, and C thermocouples and 100 or 1000 Ω platinum, 10 Ω copper, 120 Ω nickel RTDs). It displays the measured temperature in either degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright® sunlight readable display. The meter includes automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouples and the ability to average up to ten (10) RTD sensors. The PD8-7000 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in SafeTouch® through-glass buttons or the RS485 serial communication port with free Modbus® protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6100 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6100 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It accepts strain gauge & load cell inputs and mV signals up to 300 mV (unipolar) and ± 250 mV (bipolar) for weight and force measurement applications. With a max output current of 350 mA at 10 V, it can support up to twelve (12) 350 Ω load cells (minimum load resistance of 28 Ω), making them ideal for multipoint weight measurement applications. The PD8-6100 strain gauge meter’s dual-line display and powerful dual-scale capability allows the measurement to be displayed in two different units of measure. Another use for the PD6100’s dual-lines is to simply display the units of measure on the bottom line. SafeTouch® through-glass buttons allow for access to zero, tare, and other functions without the need to remove the enclosure cover. The PD8-6100 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the sensors and can be equipped with four internal relays and two 4-20 mA outputs.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD6400 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts a high voltage (0-300 VAC/VDC) and high current (0-5 AAC/ADC) input simultaneously. It is ideal for measuring direct voltage and current or the output from voltage shunts and current transformers. It displays the input on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The high voltage and current meter can be customized to display the voltage on one line and the current on the other or to display the apparent power by multiplying the two inputs. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6400 AC/DC voltage and current meter includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output and Modbus® RTU serial communications.

    Why you should buy:
    • High Current and High Voltage Inputs
    • Calculate Apparent Power
    • USB Programming
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6210 when you need to do batch controlling using a 4-20 mA output flowmeter. The PD2-6210's huge display means operators don't have to be close up to the instrument to monitor the status of the batching application. And its NEMA 4X enclosure allows the PD2-6210 to be mounted in wet, dusty, and dirty areas. The PD2-6210 can handle single and multi-stage batching applications.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Single or Multi-Stage Batching
    • Analog Input
  • The PDA6901 is a 2" pipe mounting kit for the PDA2901 ConsoliDator NEMA 4X enclosure. The kit provides all of the necessary hardware to mount the PDA2901 enclosure to a pipe.

  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6200 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6200 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright® sunlight readable display. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. The PD8-6200 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in SafeTouch® through-glass buttons or the RS485 serial communication port with free Modbus® protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PDA6902 is a 2" pipe mounting kit for the PDA2904 ConsoliDator NEMA 4X enclosure. The kit provides all of the necessary hardware to mount the PDA2904 enclosure to a pipe.

  • The Loop Leader PD6620 is a loop-powered, 1/8 DIN flow rate/totalizer designed for demanding process control applications. A dual-line display featuring five digits on the top line and eight digits on the bottom line, preprogrammed engineering units, loop-powered backlight with a unique red backlight option for alarm conditions, and optional bargraph display (PD6624) provide a clear and attractive presentation of the process. All models come equipped with two open collector outputs and are available with two solid state relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. These outputs can be programmed for alarm indication, signal retransmission via pulse or analog signal, pump control, and a number of other useful features. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines; the meter gets all of the power it needs from the 4-20 mA loop. The Loop Leader loop-powered rate/totalizer is built in a shallow-depth case with a IP65 front and features loop-powered backlighting and a wide -40 to 167°F (-40 to 75°C) operating temperature range. It doesn't matter if it's indoors or outdoors, in bright sunlight or a dimly lit plant, or in an area that is wet, dirty, hot, or cold, the Loop Leader can go just about anywhere.
