  • The ConsoliDator® PD900 is an easy-to-use, multi-channel controller that accepts up to eight (8) 4-20 mA inputs, four (4) flowmeter pulse inputs, and up to eight (8) digital inputs, then displays them on a large, backlit, graphical LCD screen. It is available in four models: the PD940 (4 input, wall mount), the PD941 (4 input, panel mount), PD980 (8 input, wall mount), and the PD981 (8 input, panel mount). While programming the meter, onscreen soft keys appropriately and clearly relabel the action of the front panel buttons making menu navigation quick and simple. In operating mode, the ConsoliDator’s main screen displays all the inputs in both numeric and bar graph format and its individual screens display detailed information about each.   • The MINIMUX® II PD138 is a microprocessor-based, eight-channel analog input scanner/multiplexer and annunciator that provides low-cost automatic switching for multi-point display and alarm systems. It can automatically switch up to eight inputs to another device such as a digital panel meter, controller, or PLC. Signal switching is done via reed relays making the PD138 ideal for switching thermocouples, RTDs, control loops, and AC/DC signals. They feature rugged NEMA 4X/IP65 fronts and a wide operating temperature range.   • The Vigilante® II PD150 alarm annunciator provides alarming and monitoring capabilities for all of your level, pressure, flow, and other process switches. These alarm annunciators are available in two models; the PD154 has four (4) inputs and the PD158 has eight (8) inputs. Each model accepts inputs from relays, float switches, digital outputs, and many other discrete (on/off) devices. It can be field programmed for all common ISA alarm sequences including first out indication and provide alarm signaling through front panel LEDs and a built in 85 dB horn.   • The Nova PD540 is a digital temperature controller with auto-tuning PID capabilities that is available in 1/16, 3/16, 1/8, and 1/4 DIN sizes. Models include standard one-directional control (i.e. heating or cooling) or bi-directional heating and cooling control. One of four user programmable set points may be selected for PID control in the form of time proportional relay on/off output, time proportional voltage pulse output, or 4-20 mA signal control.   • The Nova PD550 is a digital temperature controller with two ramp and soak programs capable of storing 15 segments each for precision PID set point control. It is available in 1/16, 3/16, 1/8, and 1/4 DIN sizes. At the completion of a program, the controller can hold the set point, stop the outputs, or loop to one of the 30-segment programs.   • The PD650 is a large display, analog input process meter with flow rate/totalizer and batch control capabilities housed in a rugged, die-cast aluminum, NEMA 4X enclosure. It accepts the common process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC and displays these signals in engineering units on a 2.3" (58.42 mm) large, high efficiency, 4 1/2 digit LED display. The 115/230 VAC models also provide two isolated 24 V power supplies to drive both the input and output loops. Options include up to 4 relays for alarm or batch control and an isolated 4-20 mA transmitter output.

  • Wireless signal repeaters are used to retransmit wireless signals when connectivity is an issue. They are incredibly simple to install as they only require power and a network ID. Any units in range of the repeater with the same network ID will retransmit through it, thus increasing signal strength. Use repeaters to broadcast over very long distances or around permanent obstacles.

  • Modules for the PDW90 base station are easy to install and add functionality to the wireless system. There are four types of modules available: dual analog inputs, dual analog outputs, digital I/O, and dual relays. The analog outputs module allows the base station to output two independent analog signals being broadcast by any of the field units. The analog inputs module allows the base station to accept two analog signals and transmit them wirelessly to any of the connected field units. The digital I/O module contains four channels which can be programmed to correspond with any of the field units’ digital inputs or outputs. The dual relays module can also be controlled from any of the connected field units’ digital I/O.
