The PD6603 Loop Leader is a loop-powered 1/8 DIN digital panel meter for displaying 4-20 mA signals without requiring a separate power supply. It features a dual-line LCD with a unique feet and inches display on the top line, an 8-digit alphanumeric bottom display for a tag, custom message, or other values, and an integrated bargraph for added clarity. As the feet and inches display model with bargraph in the Loop Leader series, the PD6603 is ideal for tank height applications that require a precise level measurement in feet and inches. It also features a Type 4X/NEMA 4X/IP65 front and two-color backlighting for excellent visibility in demanding environments. A built-in micro USB connection allows the meter to be programmed with free MeterView XL software. The PD6603 comes standard with two open collector outputs and one digital input, and models are available with two solid-state relays and an isolated 4-20 mA output. The PD6603 is UL & C-UL 61010 Listed for electrical safety.

An integrated bargraph provides added visual indication and can be programmed to represent the percent of PV1 or PV2, or scaled to any range within the display scale. As the feet and inches display model with bargraph in the Loop Leader series, the PD6603 is a strong fit for tank height applications that require a precise, easy-to-read level measurement in feet and inches.
The PD6603 features a Type 4X/NEMA 4X/IP65 front for protection in wet and dirty environments and two-color backlighting for enhanced visibility and alarm indication. A built-in micro USB connection allows the meter to be programmed using free, PC-based MeterView XL software. MeterView XL software connects directly to the meter via a micro USB cable and is available for programming and setup of Loop Leader, Loop Leader+, ProtEX+, and VantageView+ series process meters and flow rate/totalizers. MeterView XL software is used to program parameters for a wide variety of applications such as tank level, pump alternation, rate/totalizing, batch control, and more. This software greatly simplifies the programming process and also allows the user to save configuration files for later use. When connected to the PC, the meter is powered by the USB connection, so no additional power is needed during programming.
IMPORTANT!
Uninstall previous versions before downloading and running the latest version.
MeterView XL software can be installed on any Microsoft Windows 10/11 computer. Connect one end of a USB cable to the meter and the other end to the computer. The meter is powered via USB, so there is no need to wire anything before programming it. USB connection is intended for configuration purposes only.
