• The PDS178 Watchdog Temperature Scanning & Alarming System brings together a popular combination of Precision Digital products: the Trident meter, the Minimux II scanner, and the PDA2821 NEMA 4X enclosure. The scanner automatically switches between up to eight (8) input signals (4-20 ma, ±10 V, TC, or RTD) and sends them to the Trident meter for display. Signal switching is done via DPST reed relays. The Watchdog can be used in a variety of temperature and process monitoring applications. A very common application for this system is to monitor bearing temperatures. The Trident meter included with this system is available with standard 0.56" (14.2 mm) high LED digits or large 1.2" (30.5 mm) high LEDs.

  • The PDX6901 is a 0.01μF/470Ω snubber with flexible leads intended to prolong the life of the relays on Precision Digital products as well as protect against electrical noise caused by switching inductive loads.

  • The PDA7420 Trident meter copy cable connects two Trident meters together so the programming from one Trident can be copied to the other. No additional serial adapters are required.

  • The PDX765 Trident Power Supply & Option Upgrade Kit is a simple way to upgrade your Trident meter with new functions and features. The PDX765 is available in several different models to allow every possible Trident configuration. Options include the input power supply, transmitter supply, 4-20 mA output, and relays.
  • The PDA7422 Trident RS-485 serial adapter converts the serial output of the PD765 Trident meter to balanced, full or half-duplex RS-422 or RS-485 signals.

  • Go with the Helios PD2-6400 when you want to display voltage and current on one large display meter you can see from a distance. The PD2-6400 can even compute and display apparent power by multiplying the two inputs together.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • High Current & High Voltage Inputs
  • The PDWA3100 extension cables are used to extend the distance between the Yagi Antenna and the PDW30 or PDW90 wireless units. The extension cables come in 20-foot and 40-foot lengths and include an antenna coupler to connect the PDW wireless device to the antenna extension cable, coax seal tape, and a 3/4" NPT cable gland.

    PDWA3120-N or PDWA3140-N
  • The PDWA3900 Yagi antennas are made to work with point-to-point and point to multi-point applications.

These high gain antennas are ideal to use with Precision Digital's PDW series because they give you the flexibility of installing the antenna exactly where you need to bridge your point-to-point or point to multi-point wireless process signals while keeping the PDW unit in a convenient location for monitoring.

Each Yagi antenna is factory tuned on a network analyzer for best power match and lowest VSWR, offering the best possible performance.

The PDWA3900 also comes complete with a mounting kit that includes stainless steel hardware.

Extension cable accessories are available to extend the distance between the Yagi antenna and the PDW30 or PDW90 wireless units. See Ordering Information for details.
