The Loop Leader+ loop-powered large display flow rate/totalizers can be installed virtually anywhere to provide convenient and informative display of any 4-20 mA signal. One of the most convenient features of these instruments is their large, dual-line display which is typically used to display flow rate on the 2.8" 5-character alphanumeric top display and flow total, flow grand total, or a tag on the 1.5" 8-character alphanumeric bottom display. Both display lines use 14-segment, alphanumeric characters that provide much clearer indication of tags, units, or alarm messages than 7-segment characters do.

Further enhancing the display on these instruments is a 20-segment bargraph that also includes a numeric value of the percentage the bargraph represents. Free, PC-based, MeterView XL software that connects to the meter via a micro USB cable is available for programming and setup of the meters.

The PD4 is available in two configurations: Display only and with two solid-state relays and 4-20 mA analog output. All models come equipped with two open collector outputs and remote contacts. The open collector outputs are useful for alarm indication or pulse output. The remote contacts can be used to remotely operate the four programming buttons, to reset the total, to start/stop a timer/stopwatch, and more. The relays can be programmed for alarm indication, sample, timer, batch control, or stopwatch.

Finally, the PD4-6628 is an intrinsically safe version that can be installed in hazardous areas.

The PD6262 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6262 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6262 dual-input flow rate/totalizer includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

Go with the Helios PD2-6001 when you prefer to read level in feet and inches instead of the more common decimal format. This unique display will read up to 99 feet, 11 & 15/16s inches on the upper line. The lower line can display a tag or volume, even from non-linear tanks such as round horizontal ones. The PD2-6001 makes a great outdoor tank side indicator because its display is bright enough to read in direct sunlight and it will operate from -40 to 150°F. The PD2-6001 can also be equipped with a 4-20 mA output as well as four relays that can be used for alarming or controlling applications, including pump alternation control.

The PDA1004 four relay external expansion module adds four 3 amp Form A (SPST) relays to any ProVu meter. It can be configured for functions similar to the ProVu onboard relays and can be added at any time.
