Precision Digital offers a wide range of digital panel meters and explosion-proof displays for use in pressure applications. Most of our meters include square root extraction and multi-point linearization signal conditioning features for non-linear pressure transmitter signals. This allows them to be used in even the most complex pressure monitoring systems.   • PD8-6060 ProtEX-MAX Explosion-Proof Dual Analog Input Process Meter

    The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6060 process meter offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6060 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It accepts two inputs of either a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. The meter can be customized such that these two inputs are displayed in a variety of ways, including both at the same time with tags or the result of math functions performed on one or both of the inputs. The PD8-6060 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    The PD659 series includes DIN mountable models for signal isolation, splitting and conditioning of 4-20 mA and 0-10 VDC signals. As signal isolators, they provide a convenient way to isolate the input signal from the power source and output signal. As splitters, they split one 4-20 mA input into two isolated 4-20 mA outputs. As signal conditioners, they convert either a 4-20 mA input to a 0-10 VDC output or a 0-10 VDC input to a 4-20 mA output.

    will read up to 2999; we call this 3½+ digits! The PD662 is housed
    in a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure and is provided with one ½" NPT
    pipe conduit hole.

  • PD138 MINIMUX II Temperature and Process Scanner

    The MINIMUX® II PD138 is a microprocessor-based, eight-channel analog input scanner/multiplexer and annunciator that provides low-cost automatic switching for multi-point display and alarm systems. It can automatically switch up to eight inputs to another device such as a digital panel meter, controller, or PLC. Signal switching is done via reed relays making the PD138 ideal for switching thermocouples, RTDs, control loops, and AC/DC signals.   • PD6080 ProVu Decimal Display Modbus Scanner with Dual Analog Inputs

    The ProVu PD6080 Super Snooper Modbus® scanner is a multi-purpose display and controller capable of scanning up to 16 Modbus process variables and accepts two analog process inputs. The scanner can be programmed as a Modbus RTU master, slave, or snooper. It is the ideal display for Modbus multivariable transmitters or for existing Modbus networks with transmitters in need of an easy-to-read and conveniently located remote display. As a master, the PD6080 can read up to 16 Modbus registers on up to 16 Modbus devices and automatically alternate each of these process variables (PVs) on the dual-line display along with a unit and tag for each. In snooper mode, the PD6080 can read any Modbus variable being polled by a master, which allows you to easily add a display into an existing Modbus network. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6080 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options.     The ProVu PD6081 Super Snooper feet & inches Modbus® scanner displays level information on a specially designed feet & inches display, instead of the usual decimal format. It is the ideal display for Modbus level or multivariable transmitters and is capable of scanning up to 16 Modbus process variables. Its unique feet & inches upper LED display can indicate up to 99 feet, 11 and 15/16 inches. The 6-digit lower display can indicate units, tags, or other variables such as volume, temperature, or density. The PD6081 also has dual analog inputs, for integrating traditional 4-20 mA or voltage inputs in the display scanning. The PD6081 can be setup as a Modbus master, slave, or snooper.
