Pressure Temperature

Pressure
Precision Digital offers a wide range of digital panel meters and explosion-proof displays for use in pressure applications. Most of our meters include square root extraction and multi-point linearization signal conditioning features for non-linear pressure transmitter signals. This allows them to be used in even the most complex pressure monitoring systems. Pressure meters are available in NEMA 4X front digital panel meters and UL, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof meters for hazardous areas.

  • The Trident PD765 digital panel meter is one of the most versatile meters on the market and will satisfy a wide variety of process and temperature applications. Housed in an 1/8 DIN enclosure with a NEMA 4X front, the meter can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. The display height on the standard Trident meter is 0.56" (14.2 mm) and on the Trident X2 the display height is an astounding 1.2" (30.5 mm). The intensity of the display can be adjusted to compensate for various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. Programming and setup can be performed with the four front panel pushbuttons, free MeterView software, or using the copy function. Options for the PD765 include 2 relays, a 4-20 mA output, 24 V transmitter power supply, and Modbus® serial communications.

    • 1/8 DIN Panel Meter
    • Universal Inputs
    • 2 Relays & 4-20 mA Output
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-765 explosion-proof, large-display, process and temperature meter offers all the functionality of the Trident X2 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). PD8-765's huge 1.2" (30.5 mm) sunlight readable display that is visible from over 30 feet away. This explosion-proof indicator can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. The intensity of the display can be adjusted to compensate for various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. The meter can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol. Options for the PD8-765 process and temperature indicator include 2 relays, a 4-20 mA output, and a 24 V transmitter power supply.

    Why you should buy:
  • The MINIMUX® II PD138 is a microprocessor-based, eight-channel analog input scanner/multiplexer and annunciator that provides low-cost automatic switching for multi-point display and alarm systems. It can automatically switch up to eight inputs to another device such as a digital panel meter, controller, or PLC. Signal switching is done via reed relays making the PD138 ideal for switching thermocouples, RTDs, control loops, and AC/DC signals. They feature rugged NEMA 4X/IP65 fronts and a wide operating temperature range. They can be programmed for many common ISA alarm sequences including first out indication and they provide alarm signaling through front panel LEDs and a build in 85 dB horn. Custom printed message labels can be included with your order at no additional charge.
