  • PDA2800 enclosures are low-cost, compact, NEMA 4X plastic enclosures that will house various Precision Digital meters. The cover is held in place with four screws and a hole is provided for a 1/2" conduit connection. A dual orientation enclosure for two 1/8 DIN devices is also available. Enclosures and meters are ordered and packaged separately.

  • PDA3400 NEMA 4X enclosures provide a high degree of protection against the harsh operating environment of an industrial plant. Precision Digital’s meters can be mounted in various configurations; interior mounting plates with cutouts for up to three meters are available. Meters are mounted inside the enclosure for maximum protection and the clear polycarbonate cover is held in place with four screws. A dual orientation enclosure for two 1/8 DIN devices is also available. Enclosures and meters are ordered and packaged separately.

  • PDA2300 NEMA 4X, C-UL listed enclosures feature a hinged door in which meters are mounted so all programming and operational functions are available without opening the enclosure. The PDA2300 can house between one and ten meters in either horizontal or vertical orientation. A dual orientation enclosure for two 1/8 DIN devices is also available. All PDA2300 enclosures are outfitted with stainless-steel hinges and clasps. Enclosures and meters are ordered and packaged separately.

  • The ProVu PD6310 is an 1/8 DIN pulse input (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) digital batch controller specifically designed for single and multi-stage batching applications. It provides excellent but simple batch control capabilities with features such as preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for more accurate batches and intuitive front panel buttons for simple operation and menu navigation. The preclose deactivates a specific relay on the batch controller before the batch is finished in order to allow slower fill rates and increased accuracy. Automatic overrun correction keeps the batch size accurate over time and with system wear. With expansion module relays, up to eight-stage batching is possible; each additional stage-batching relay has an individually programmable preclose amount. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6310 batcher includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options.

  • The ProVu PD6310-WM is an NTEP® certified, pulse input (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) digital batch controller specifically designed for single and multi-stage batching applications which has been certified as a Weighing and Measuring device. These versatile NTEP certified batch controllers provide excellent but simple batch control capabilities with features such as preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for more accurate batches and intuitive front panel buttons for simple operation and menu navigation. This Weights and Measures approved batch controller is equipped with a mechanically secured, tamper-proof, programming lockout feature. This consists of a cable with a compression seal that is used to prevent access to a programming lockout jumper. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6310 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options.

  • The PD6363 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) pulse output (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6363 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6363 dual-input flow rate/totalizer includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.
