Two 24 VDC Power Supplies Sunlight Readable Display Pulse Input Field Mount

Displaying 6 total products (page 1 of 1):

  • Go with the Helios PD2-6300 when you want to display both flow rate and total at the same time from a pulse output flowmeter. The PD2-6300 can display both flow rate and total in six full digits and can also be configured to display non-resettable grand total. The PD2-6300's NEMA 4X enclosure, super bright LEDs, and wide operating temperature range make it perfect for outdoor applications.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Displays Flow Rate and Total
    • Pulse Input
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6310 when you need to do batch controlling using a pulse output flowmeter. The PD2-6310's huge display means operators don't have to be close up to the instrument to monitor the status of the batching application. And its NEMA 4X enclosure allows the PD2-6310 to be mounted in wet, dusty, and dirty areas. The PD2-6310 can handle single and multi-stage batching applications.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Single or Multi-Stage Batching
    • Pulse Input
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6300 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6300 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from a pulse output (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright® sunlight readable display. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. The PD8-6300 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in SafeTouch® through-glass buttons or the RS485 serial communication port with free Modbus® protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6310 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6310 as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It is a pulse input (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) digital batch controller specifically designed for single and multi-stage batching applications. It provides excellent but simple batch control capabilities with features such as preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for more accurate batches and convenient SafeTouch® through-glass buttons for simple operation and menu navigation without having to remove the cover. The preclose deactivates a specific relay before the batch is finished in order to allow slower fill rates and increased accuracy. Automatic overrun correction keeps the batch size accurate over time and with system wear. The PD8-6310 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6310-WM offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6310-WM as a fully FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof product. It is an NTEP certified, pulse input (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) digital batch controller specifically designed for single and multi-stage batching applications which has been certified as a Weighing and Measuring device. These versatile NTEP certified batch controllers provide excellent but simple batch control capabilities with features such as preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for more accurate batches and convenient SafeTouch® through-glass buttons for simple operation and menu navigation without having to remove the cover. The Weights and Measures approved controller is equipped with a mechanically secured, tamper-proof, programming lockout feature. This consists of a cable with a compression seal that is used to prevent access to a programming lockout jumper. The PD8-6310 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6363 when you want to display two pulse flowmeter inputs on one meter you can see from a distance. Both of these inputs can be displayed on six full digits and each flowmeter is provided with its own DC power supply. The PD2-6363 can also perform a variety of math functions on those two inputs, such as computing the difference between them or summing them together. One application for the PD6363 is determining fuel consumption by computing the difference between two flowmeter inputs.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Dual Pulse Rate Inputs
    • Math Functions
