Displaying 9 total products (page 1 of 1):

  • Go with the Helios PD2-6060 when you need a large display meter to display two 4-20 mA inputs on one meter. Both of these inputs can be displayed on six full digits and each transmitter is provided with its own 24 VDC transmitter power supply. The PD2-6060 can also perform a variety of math functions on those two inputs, such as computing the difference between them or summing them together.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6060 process meter offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6060 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It accepts two inputs of either a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. The meter can be customized such that these two inputs are displayed in a variety of ways, including both at the same time with tags or the result of math functions performed on one or both of the inputs. The PD8-6060 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6080 Super Snooper Modbus scanner offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6080 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It is a multi-purpose display and controller capable of scanning up to 16 process variables and includes dual analog process inputs. The scanner can be programmed as a Modbus RTU master, slave, or snooper. It is the ideal display for Modbus multivariable transmitters or for existing Modbus networks with transmitters in need of a conveniently located display in a hazardous area. As a master, the PD8-6080 can read up to 16 Modbus registers on up to 16 Modbus devices and automatically alternate each of these process variables (PVs) on the dual-line display along with a unit and tag for each. In snooper mode, the scanner can read any Modbus variables being polled by a master, which allows you to easily add a display into an existing Modbus network. Powerful math functions may be applied to the analog or Modbus inputs, such as addition, difference, average, and ratio. The PD8-6080 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons.

  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6081 Super Snooper feet & inches Modbus scanner offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6081 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It displays level information on a specially designed feet & inches display, instead of the usual decimal format. It is the ideal display for hazardous areas with Modbus level or multivariable transmitters and is capable of scanning up to 16 process variables. Its unique feet & inches upper LED display can indicate up to 99 feet, 11 and 15/16 inches. The 6-digit lower display can indicate units, tags, or other variables such as volume, temperature, or density. The PD8-6081 also has dual analog inputs, for integrating traditional 4-20 mA or voltage inputs in the display scanning. The scanner can be setup as a Modbus master, slave, or snooper. Various math functions may be applied to the analog or Modbus inputs, such as addition, difference, average, and ratio. The PD8-6081 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6262 when you want to display two 4-20 mA flowmeter inputs on one meter. Both of these inputs can be displayed on six full digits and each flowmeter is provided with its own 24 VDC power supply. The PD2-6262 can also perform a variety of math functions on those two inputs, such as computing the difference between them or summing them together. One application for the PD6262 is determining fuel consumption by computing the difference between two flowmeter inputs.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Dual Analog Rate Inputs
    • Math Functions
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6262 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6262 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. The two display lines can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. The total overflow feature allows up to 9-digit totals and grand totals to be displayed. The PD8-6262 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6080 when you have multiple, (up to 16), Modbus registers you want to display on a single large display meter. The PD2-6080 can also accept two 4-20 mA signals. The PD2-6080 can be programmed as a Modbus RTU Master, Slave or Snooper allowing it to work in just about any Modbus application. Typically, the upper line displays the PV and the lower line displays the tag.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6081 when you have a level application involving Modbus signals and you prefer to display in feet and inches instead of the more common decimal format. The PD2-6081 can display up to 16 modbus registers so a typical application might be 16 tank levels, 8 tank levels and 8 interface levels, or 5 tank levels, 5 interface levels and 5 temperatures. The PD2-6081 makes a great outdoor tank side indicator because its display is bright enough to read in direct sunlight and it will operate from -40 to 150°F.

    Why you should buy:
