Process Display

Displaying 60 total products (page 6 of 6):

  • The PD6400 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts a high voltage (0-300 VAC/VDC) and high current (0-5 AAC/ADC) input simultaneously. It is ideal for measuring direct voltage and current or the output from voltage shunts and current transformers. It displays the input on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The high voltage and current meter can be customized to display the voltage on one line and the current on the other or to display the apparent power by multiplying the two inputs. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6400 AC/DC voltage and current meter includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output and Modbus® RTU serial communications.

    Why you should buy:
    • High Current and High Voltage Inputs
    • Calculate Apparent Power
    • USB Programming
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6200 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6200 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. The PD8-6200 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6262 when you want to display two 4-20 mA flowmeter inputs on one meter. Both of these inputs can be displayed on six full digits and each flowmeter is provided with its own 24 VDC power supply. The PD2-6262 can also perform a variety of math functions on those two inputs, such as computing the difference between them or summing them together. One application for the PD6262 is determining fuel consumption by computing the difference between two flowmeter inputs.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Dual Analog Rate Inputs
    • Math Functions
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6262 offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6262 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. The two display lines can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. The total overflow feature allows up to 9-digit totals and grand totals to be displayed. The PD8-6262 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6080 when you have multiple, (up to 16), Modbus registers you want to display on a single large display meter. The PD2-6080 can also accept two 4-20 mA signals. The PD2-6080 can be programmed as a Modbus RTU Master, Slave or Snooper allowing it to work in just about any Modbus application. Typically, the upper line displays the PV and the lower line displays the tag.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6081 when you have a level application involving Modbus signals and you prefer to display in feet and inches instead of the more common decimal format. The PD2-6081 can display up to 16 modbus registers so a typical application might be 16 tank levels, 8 tank levels and 8 interface levels, or 5 tank levels, 5 interface levels and 5 temperatures. The PD2-6081 makes a great outdoor tank side indicator because its display is bright enough to read in direct sunlight and it will operate from -40 to 150°F.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6363 when you want to display two pulse flowmeter inputs on one meter you can see from a distance. Both of these inputs can be displayed on six full digits and each flowmeter is provided with its own DC power supply. The PD2-6363 can also perform a variety of math functions on those two inputs, such as computing the difference between them or summing them together. One application for the PD6363 is determining fuel consumption by computing the difference between two flowmeter inputs.

    Why you should buy:
    • Large Dual Line Display
    • Dual Pulse Rate Inputs
    • Math Functions
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6400 when you want to display voltage and current on one large display meter you can see from a distance. The PD2-6400 can even compute and display apparent power by multiplying the two inputs together.
