Process Display

Displaying 60 total products (page 4 of 6):

  • The ProtEX-RTP PD6830 is an explosion-proof flow rate/totalizer that can display flow rate and total from a pulse output flowmeter. Its display has a five digit upper line for rate, a seven alpha-numeric character lower line for total, and comes standard with a backlight. Like all ProtEX products, the PD6830 carries CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals for use in hazardous areas. It can be powered from an included battery or a 24 VDC external power supply. Some features that really make the PD6830 flow rate/totalizer stand out are its automatic unit conversions from flowmeter k-factor units, ability to log up to 1024 data points, and SafeTouch® through-glass buttons. These buttons allow the PD6830 to be programmed and operated through the glass, thus eliminating the need to remove the cover in a hazardous area.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD7000 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts a direct temperature input from a wide range of temperature measurement devices (type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, and C thermocouples and 100 or 1000 Ω platinum, 10 Ω copper, 120 Ω nickel RTDs). It displays the measured temperature in either degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The PD7000 temperature indicator includes automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouples and the ability to average up to ten (10) RTD sensors. Like all ProVu meters, the PD7000 temperature meter includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD7000 can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    Why you should buy:
    • Thermocouple or RTD Input
    • Dual Line Display
    • USB Programming
    • 4 Relays & 4-20 mA Output
  • The PD6820 is a rugged, full-featured, explosionproof loop-powered flow rate/totalizer ideal for demanding applications in hazardous areas or in the harshest environmental conditions. The product is CSA Certified as Explosion-Proof, Dust-Ignition-Proof, and Flame-Proof, and ATEX & IECEx Certified as Explosion-Proof. It is available in either an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure with ¾" or M20 conduit connections. It will operate down to -40°C and is approved for installation in areas where the temperature gets as cold as -55°C, however, the display will cease functioning.

  • The PD650 is a large display, analog input process meter with flow rate/totalizer and batch control capabilities housed in a rugged, die-cast aluminum, NEMA 4X enclosure. It accepts the common process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC and displays these signals in engineering units on a 2.3" (58.42 mm) large, high efficiency, 4 1/2 digit LED display. The 115/230 VAC models also provide two isolated 24 V power supplies to drive both the input and output loops. Options include up to 4 relays for alarm or batch control and an isolated 4-20 mA transmitter output.

  • The Vantageview PD6720 is a plastic, field-mounted, loop-powered flow rate/totalizer that can display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA) flowmeter. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines. The display has a five digit upper display for rate, a seven alpha-numeric character lower display for total, and comes standard with a backlight. The PD6720 is built in a NEMA 4X and IP65 rated plastic enclosure which can stand up to even the harshest environmental conditions. Two features that really make it stand out are a wide viewing angle display and SafeTouch® through-window buttons. These buttons allow the PD6720 to be programmed and operated through the cover window, thus eliminating the need to remove the cover in dirty or wet environments.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProtEX-FarVu PD6870 is a rugged, explosion-proof, loop-powered meter with 1" display digits ideal for demanding applications in hazardous areas or in the harshest environmental conditions. The product is CSA Certified as Explosion-Proof, Dust-Ignition-Proof, and Flame-Proof, and ATEX & IECEx Certified as Explosion-Proof. It is available in either an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure with ¾" or M20 connections. It will operate down to -40°C and is approved for installation in areas where the temperature gets as cold as -55°C, however, the display will cease functioning.

    Why you should buy:
  • The Vantageview PD6770 is a plastic, loop-powered process meter with 1" display digits in a field-mountable enclosure designed for demanding applications. The meter derives all of its power from the 4-20 mA loop with a small 1 V drop, so there is no need to run additional, costly power lines. The PD6770 is built in a NEMA 4X and IP65 rated plastic enclosure which can stand up to even the harshest environmental conditions. It is programmed using four easy-to-access, front-mounted control dials.

    Why you should buy:
    • NEMA 4X/IP65 Enclosure
    • Loop-Powered
    • Large Digits
    • Backlight Option
  • The ProtEX-MAX PD8-6060 process meter offers all the functionality of the ProVu PD6060 as a CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified explosion-proof product. It is available in an aluminum or stainless steel enclosure and will operate over a wide temperature range of -55 to 65°C (-67 to 149°F). It accepts two inputs of either a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit Sunbright sunlight readable display. The meter can be customized such that these two inputs are displayed in a variety of ways, including both at the same time with tags or the result of math functions performed on one or both of the inputs. The PD8-6060 can be equipped with four internal relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. It can be programmed and operated without opening the housing by using the built-in CapTouch through-glass buttons or the RS-485 serial communication port with free Modbus protocol.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD6363 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) pulse output (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6363 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications.
