  • The Trident PD765 digital panel meter is one of the most versatile meters on the market and will satisfy a wide variety of process and temperature applications. Housed in an 1/8 DIN enclosure with a NEMA 4X front, the meter can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. The display height on the standard Trident meter is 0.56" (14.2 mm) and on the Trident X2 the display height is an astounding 1.2" (30.5 mm). The intensity of the display can be adjusted to compensate for various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. Programming and setup can be performed with the four front panel pushbuttons, free MeterView software, or using the copy function. Options for the PD765 include 2 relays, a 4-20 mA output, 24 V transmitter power supply, and Modbus® serial communications.

    Why you should buy:
  • Go with the Helios PD2-6000 when you need a large display meter to display the 4-20 ma output from any transmitter you might have. The PD2-6000 can display that output in six full digits and will also provide the 24 VDC to power the transmitter. The PD2-6000's NEMA 4X enclosure, super bright, 1.8" (46 mm) high LEDs, and wide operating temperature range make it perfect for outdoor applications. The PD2-6000 can also be equipped with a 4-20 mA output as well as four relays that can be used for alarming or control applications, including pump alternation control.

    Why you should buy:
  • The Loop Leader PD6600 is a general-purpose, loop-powered, 1/8 DIN process meter. A dual-line display featuring five digits on the top line and eight digits on the bottom line, preprogrammed engineering units, loop-powered backlight with a unique red backlight option for alarm conditions, and optional bargraph display (PD6604) or feet & inches display (PD6603) provide a clear and attractive presentation of the process. All models come equipped with two open collector outputs and are available with two solid state relays and a 4-20 mA analog output. These outputs can be programmed for alarm indication, signal retransmission via pulse or analog signal, pump control, and a number of other useful features. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines; the meter gets all of the power it needs from the 4-20 mA loop. The Loop Leader loop-powered process meter is built in a shallow-depth case with a IP65 front and features loop-powered backlighting and a wide -40 to 167°F (-40 to 75°C) operating temperature range. It doesn't matter if it's indoors or out-doors, in bright sunlight or a dimly lit plant, or in an area that is wet, dirty, hot, or cold, the Loop Leader can go just about anywhere.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD6200 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6200 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6200 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    Why you should buy:
  • The PD6001 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters specifically designed to display level in feet and inches, instead of the usual decimal format. The PD6001 accepts a process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signal and displays that signal on a dual line display with convenient feet and inches designations on the upper line. The upper display can even read fractions of an inch in 8ths or 16ths. The lower line can be used to indicate a tag or to display the input in another scale, such as volume in gallons or liters. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6001 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output and Modbus® serial communications. The PD6001 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the transmitter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    Why you should buy:
  • The ProVu PD6210 is an 1/8 DIN analog input (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) digital batch controller specifically designed for single and multi-stage batching applications. It provides excellent but simple batch control capabilities with features such as preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for more accurate batches and intuitive front panel buttons for simple operation and menu navigation. The preclose deactivates a specific relay on the batch controller before the batch is finished in order to allow slower fill rates and increased accuracy. Automatic overrun correction keeps the batch size accurate over time and with system wear. With expansion module relays, up to eight-stage batching is possible; each additional stage-batching relay has an individually programmable preclose amount. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6210 batcher includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options.

    Why you should buy:
    • Single or Multi-Stage Batching
    • Analog Input
    • Displays Batch and Rate
  • The PD6262 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6262 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6262 dual-input flow rate/totalizer includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.
