Overview
The PDA6845-SS provides a convenient way to mount Precision Digital Loop-Powered Process Meters, Set Point Generators, Valve Positioners, and Enclosures to horizontal or vertical 1.5" or 2" pipes. The mounting kit is made from 316 stainless steel and includes all necessary hardware to mount the enclosure to the pipe. See Mounting Holes Location table for specific meters and enclosures.

- One mounting plate
- Two (each) bolts, washers, lock washers & nuts to mount enclosure to plate
- One U-bolt, and two (each) washers, lock washers & nuts to mount plate to pipe
Mounting Instructions
- Attach the mounting plate to the enclosure with the provided hardware. The holes for the enclosure mounting bolts are accessed by removing the enclosure lid. See Figure 1 for holes locations.
- Mount the plate to the pipe with the provided U-bolts and hardware.

Notes:
- One PDA6845 mounting kit is needed for vertical pipe mounting.
- Two PDA6845 mounting kits are needed for horizontal pipe mounting.
- It is recommended that two PDA6845 mounting kits are used for mounting PDA2811/12/13/14/15 and PDA3400 Series enclosures, although it will still work with one.
