ProVu Option Cards provide a convenient way to upgrade or reconfigure compatible ProVu meters as application needs evolve. These upgrade cards are intended for customers who already have a meter and want to expand or change its functionality; for new applications, the meter should be ordered with the required option card already installed.

Available option cards include 2 relays, 4 relays, 4-20 mA output, 2 relays plus 4-20 mA output, and 4 relays plus 4-20 mA output. Relay option cards support alarm and control applications, with configurable high or low alarms, set and reset points, time delays, relay reset actions, fail-safe operation, and signal loss or loop break relay actions. The 4-20 mA output option provides an isolated analog retransmission signal that can represent the process variable, max or min value, relay set points, or Modbus input, and can be scaled from the front panel or with free MeterView Pro software.
