ConsoliDator+ Add-On Features

The PDK9000 ConsoliDator+ Add-On Features are optional upgrades that allow users to expand the functionality of the PD9000 ConsoliDator+ for more advanced communication, data collection, and batching applications.

The PDK9000-M1 enables Modbus Client, Snooper, and Spoofer capabilities, allowing the ConsoliDator+ to request, read, monitor, and mimic Modbus data for use in channels, math functions, alarms, relay control, and other functions. The PDK9000-D1 enables USB data logging to an external flash drive, with support for up to 8 data logs and up to 12 parameters per log, including process variables, inputs, outputs, timers, alarms, relay status, totals, and more. The PDK9000-B1 enables batch control for single-stage or two-stage batch processing, with manual or automatic operation, up to 16 configurable batches, and selectable actions during the batch process.

These add-ons can be factory activated when ordered with a ConsoliDator+ or enabled in the field on existing units with compatible firmware.
