New Wireless ConsoliDator Offering
Precision Digital is pleased to announce our new pre-programmed Wireless ConsoliDator Systems. There are multiple configurations to meet most customer needs. With a Wireless ConsoliDator System, users can display & monitor up to eight 4-20 mA process signals, up to 5 miles away. Wireless communications can be far less costly than wired systems. In fact, it can establish links to sensors that wired systems either physically cannot, or where the cost of installing a wired system is prohibitive. Replace reading routes with a wireless ConsoliDator. A Wireless ConsoliDator System with wireless Modbus serial communications allows you to easily monitor and data log in a remote office. Sub-Panel is pre-wired and ready to install. The 900 MHz signal can penetrate walls and windows better than the 2.4 GHz alternative.

PD662 Loop-Powered Meter
 The PD662 Hatchet NEMA 4X loop-powered meter is perfect for applications where a simple, inexpensive display is required and AC power is not available. That’s because the PD662 derives all its power from the 4-20 mA loop. The PD662 is scaled using four push buttons and can be done without applying an actual calibration signal. The PD662’s display will read up to 2,999; we call this 3½+ digits! The loop-powered backlighting option lets you see the display under any lighting condition and is powered completely from the 4-20 mA loop. This means there is no need for additional wiring and never any batteries to change. The PD662 Hatchet is housed in rugged NEMA 4X enclosure and is provided with one ½" conduit hole. The PD662 is available with an optional 24 VDC powered heater that allows the PD662 to operate in temperatures as low as -55°C.

The PD6000 ProVu is a full-featured, high end, 1/8 DIN digital process meter that represents the continuum of 34 years of development by Precision Digital Corporation. PD138 MINIMUX Scanner / Annunciator
The PD138 Minimux is an eight channel analog input scanner/multiplexer and annunciator that provides low-cost automatic switching for multi-point display and alarm systems. Each Minimux can automatically switch up to eight inputs to another device such as a digital panel meter, controller, or PLC. Signal switching is done with reed relays making the Minimux ideal for switching thermocouples, RTDs, control loops, and AC & DC signals.

PD865 Snooper Modbus® Serial Input Meter
 Expand the capability of other Modbus RTU serial devices with the new PD865 Snooper. It has a six-digit sunlight readable display and may be set up as a master or slave. The PD865 comes with RS-485 communications, two relays standard, and up to four relays plus one 4-20 mA output.
Now, in addition to functioning as a Master or Slave device, the PD865 Modbus Serial Input Meter can function in Snooper mode. After some simple configuration a PD865 can be placed in Snooper mode where it is neither a Master nor a Slave. In this mode, the Snooper “listens” to Modbus traffic and “grabs” the data associated with a specific Modbus address and register number. It does this without detection by, or interfering with, the master or slaves on the network. Then it displays that data on a sunlight readable 6-digit LED display.
A PD865 can also be placed in Proxy Polling mode. In this mode, the Snooper acts as a Master and polls up to 8 slave devices, enabling other PD865s (operating in Snooper mode) to read and display that polled data. The PD865 Snooper is great for displaying various process variables found on multivariable transmitters. The input can be conditioned using scaling, square root function (DP), programmable exponent (weirs and flumes), or the Snooper’s 16-point linearization.
