Precision Digital Restocking/Returns Policy

Precision Digital Corporation will accept products for return, but the products must be:

On the current price list and be of current design
Unused and in their original packaging
In salable condition as determined by Precision Digital Corporation
Returned freight prepaid
Standard stock items

Please note: Enclosures, digital pressure gauges, and non-standard; custom, or specially modified products will not be accepted for return.

Precision Digital products returned for reasons other than repair are subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee for "Typically Stocked" Fluidwell Products

"Typically Stocked" Fluidwell products are those products identified as such within the Fluidwell Configurator utility found on our
website at: www.predig.com/configurator. The restocking policy would be the same as "Restocking Fee for All Other Products" shown below, but applies to a maximum of (2) units per order.

Restocking Fee for Calibrators and "Non-Stocked" Fluidwell Products

For a quantity of (1) unit, a minimum re-stocking fee of 50% applies.
For a quantity of (2) or more, no cancellations or returns allowed.

Restocking Fee for All Other Products

The minimum restocking fee is $35 per unit.
The amount of credit allowed for returned unused product will depend upon its age.
A credit of 80% will be issued for product up to 60 days old.
A credit of 50% will be issued for product up to 180 days old.
No credit will be issued for product older than 180 days.

Product Returns

In order to ensure the best service, Precision Digital Corporation products being returned for service or credit must be pre-approved by Technical Support. Please contact Precision Digital Technical Support at (508) 655-7300 or email at support@predig.com prior to any product return. If appropriate, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. All authorized returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. If it is determined that a product warranty action is appropriate (note: many start-up problems are the result of incorrect signal connections and/or programming errors), Precision Digital Corporation will repair or replace the instrument at no charge and return it via UPS ground. Other shipping options are available upon request for an additional charge.

Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the returned product package.

Please note: In applications where instruments have been exposed to hazardous materials:

OSHA mandates that our employees be informed and protected from hazardous materials.
Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) listing the hazardous materials, to which the instrument have been exposed, must accompany any returned product.
It is the customer's/end-user's responsibility to fully disclose exposure to all hazardous materials and decontaminate the instrument prior to return.

Order Policy

Once acknowledged, orders are non-cancellable for the following products: Enclosures, digital pressure gauges, and
non-standard, custom, or specially modified products.
Orders in transit are non-cancellable.
