ProVu Process & Temperature Meters, and Rate/Totalizers
The ProVu models with 2-line displays are full-featured, high end, digital panel meters that represent the continuum of 34 years of development by Precision Digital Corporation. The ProVu joins the Sabre and Trident as the most powerful member of our 1/8 DIN meter family. The ProVuincludes an advanced process meter, temperature meter, and analog or pulse input rate/totalizer.
One of the most important things that the ProVu does for our "New Generation" of products is that the ProVu makes available 2 or 4 relays with 4-20 mA output. In fact, with the expansion module, the ProVu can control up to eight relays!

Trident Series Process and Temperature Meters
The Trident Process and Temperature Meters are some of the most versatile digital panel meters on the market and will satisfy a wide variety of applications. The Trident can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc), current (4-20 mA), 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. It is housed in a shallow-depth, 1/8 DIN enclosure that features a NEMA 4X front panel and convenient mounting hardware. There are two power options for the Trident: 85 to 265 VAC or 12-36 VDC and it can provide 24 VDC to power the transmitter if needed. Programming and setup can be performed with the four front panel pushbuttons, free MeterView software, or using the Copy function. The X2 model has a sunlight readable 1.2" display.

Sabre Process and Temperature Meters
The Sabre P PD603 process meter and PD743 temperature meter combine operational simplicity with high end features to deliver the perfect low-cost meter for display only applications. The Sabre menu structure is easy to navigate because the only selections are input, decimal point location and scaling values. There are no other menu choices to add confusion during the setup process and indirectly increase the cost of a "low-cost" meter. However, despite being a low-cost meter, the Sabre is still packed with many features typically found only on more expensive meters, like NEMA 4X front, universal power supply, front panel programming, input current overload protection, and UL Listing and CE marking.

Loop Leader Process Meters and Rate/Totalizers
There's nothing stripped down or bare bones about these loop-powered indicators; they're designed for demanding process control applications. Standard features include a full 5-digit backlit display with bargraph, on-screen custom engineering units, and max/min display capabilities. There are models available for general-purpose applications and for hazardous area applications (intrinsically safe).
Even with all the features packed into these meters, they're still easy to setup and get running. Everything is programmed from the front panel buttons with no pots or jumpers to deal with. In fact, these indicators can be scaled without a signal source for even quicker set up times.

Snooper Series
The PD865 Snooper is a digital panel meter that displays digital data obtained from a network using a Modbus RTU protocol. It can be programmed as a Modbus RTU Master, Slave or Snooper. A unique feature of the Snooper is its Snooper mode. In Snooper mode, the PD865 “listens” for a certain Modbus address. When the address and data appear, the meter captures the data and places it on the display. One PD865 can be programmed to proxy poll up to 8 registers on up to 8 network addresses. This creates traffic for other Snoopers to display. The PD865 can handle many different data formats.

ProtEX Series
The ProtEX series is a line of explosion-proof process meters that had replaced some of our legacy products. All the newer models have many new features. The ProtEX has a brightly lit 0.6" display with a second alphanumeric display for units of measure or tag name. It has thru-glass infrared SafeTouch™ buttons, eliminating the need for magnets that get lost, or for opening the cover when making parameter modifications. The ProtEX One has 1" high digits, a superior backlight, easy calibration and installation, and operates from -40 to 75°. The ProtEX Lite has 4-button programming, noise filter, max/min display, password protection, and the same operating temperature range.

Survivior Series
The PD662 Survivor is a NEMA 4X, CE, and CSA Certified loop-powered meter that is perfect for applications where a simple, inexpensive display is required and AC power is not available. The PD66'2 is scaled using four push buttons and can be done without applying an actual calibration signal. The PD662's display will read up to 2999; we call this 3+ digits! The loop-powered backlighting option lets you see the display under any lighting condition and is powered completely from the 4-20 mA loop. The PD662 is housed in a rugged NEMA4X enclosure and is provided with one ½" NPT pipe conduit hole. The PD662 is also available with an optional DC-powered heater that allows the PD662 to operate in temperatures as low as -55°C. |

Consolidator Multi-Channel Controller Series
The ConsoliDator is an easy to use multi-channel controller that accepts 4-20 mA inputs, flowmeter pulse inputs and digital inputs and displays them on a large backlit LCD screen. The ConsoliDator’s main screen displays all the inputs in both numeric and bargraph format and its individual screens display detailed information about each input. The ConsoliDator is suitable for all general purpose monitoring and controlling applications such as flow, level, pressure, temperature and vibration. The Modbus RTU feature makes the ConsoliDator ideal for SCADA applications. The ConsoliDator is available in wired and wireless configurations.
