The Fluidwell F-Series is a line of indicators and controllers especially developed for flow, temperature, pressure, and level applications in industrial environments. A rugged and weather-proof aluminum field enclosure provides IP67 / NEMA 4X protection. A more cost effective plastic enclosure offers the same ingress protection ratings and is ideal for salty environments. The enclosures can be mounted directly onto sensors, walls, or pipes, and are also suitable for panel mount applications; especially those that require minimal depth clearance. Most F-Series models have an operational temperature range from -40 to 80°C (-40 to 178°F). F0 Series indicators and controllers are available with hazardous area approvals including FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx. F1 Series indicators and controllers are ATEX and CE certified.
Basic indicators such as the F010, F040, F050, F070, and F090 come with a 5½ digits, 1" high display with legend. More sophisticated models feature a dual-line display with a 7-digit, 0.7" high top display and an 11-digit, 0.3" high alphanumeric bottom display. Fluidwell displays also include status and function indicators for an even more informative reading. Backlight is available on all models, and select models feature red backlighting for alarm indication.

Flow Rate Indicator
The F010 flow rate indicator features a 5½ digits, 1" high display with legend, which displays the actual flow rate. The display also features piegraph indication, user selectable on-screen engineering units and time units for flow rate. Rugged and weather-proof aluminum or plastic IP67 / NEMA 4X enclosures are available for convenient mounting directly onto sensors, walls, pipes, or panels. The F010 flow rate indicator is ideal for local flow indication.

Flow Rate/Totalizers
F0 series flow rate/totalizers make excellent indicators for any flow application. Additional outputs for process monitoring are available on the F1 series. Fluidwell flow rate/totalizers feature a dual-line with a combination of 7-digit flow rate, 7-digit total, or 11-digit non-resettable total. Analog or pulse inputs and outputs are available. Specific models with high and low alarms, multi-point linearization, and bi-directional flow measurement are also available.

Batch Controllers
A wide range of Fluidwell F-Series batch controllers are available, from the simple batcher F030 for single stage applications to F1 series two-stage batchers with various outputs and serial communications. All come with easy to change preset values, and a dual-line display that can display rate, total, non-resettable total, batch total (count up or down), or preset, depending on the model. All have an overrun correction feature to learn and correct for batch inaccuracies. Start, stop, and pause buttons give full control over the batching process. Flow Computers
Fluidwell Flow Computers offer a unique range of comprehensive solutions to calculate consumption and net flow or the ratio between two flows based on analog or pulse inputs. Typical applications are to calculate fuel consumption, gas flow calculation in power plants, and the monitoring of two component blending. For applications requiring high accuracy, the flow computers are available with temperature compensation for liquid mass flow and temperature and pressure compensated volume for gas flow. The Fluidwell F-Series includes indicators specially designed for level, temperature, and pressure applications. The 5½ digits, 1" high displays include clear unit labels for volume, height, %, or degrees appropriate to the application. Green/amber backlighting is available on these indicators. Level, Temperature, & Pressure Monitors
The Fluidwell F-Series includes monitors specially designed for level, temperature, and pressure applications. Analog inputs with multipoint linearization for level, and RTD inputs for direct temperature measurement are available. The displays include clear unit labels for volume, height, %, or degrees appropriate to the application. High and low alarms are available for any of these applications as well as analog outputs. The display flashes a red backlight when in alarm condition. Specialized units such as dual pressure input units are also available. Flow Controllers
Flow Controllers accept analog or pulse flow inputs and use analog control outputs to regulate flow. The F120 flow rate controller maintains a flow rate to the set point. The F124 ratio controller maintains a flow ratio between a variable main flow line and a secondary additive. The F124 includes manual operating modes with bumpless transfer to auto mode for smooth auto/manual transitioning. Loop-Powered Indicator
Fluidwell F090 loop-powered indicator takes operating energy from an input current (2-wire
4 - 20 mA) reducing installation cost and time. It accepts a wide range of process instruments, including flow (linear or square root), level, pressure, and temperature transmitters. All these process parameters can be displayed in their own engineering units along with a 5½ digits, 1" high display and a pie-graph percent indicator. A DC powered green/amber backlight is an option. Approvals for Intrinsic Safety for hazardous area applications are available from all the major approval agencies, which allows the F090 loop-powered indicator to be installed virtually anywhere.
