Precision Digital offers a wide variety of flow
rate indicators, totalizers, batch controllers and flow computers
to help you satisfy just about any flow application. These instruments
will accept analog or pulse inputs and provide power to drive
the flow meter.
They can be powered from AC, DC, loop or battery and are available
in panel, NEMA 4X, and explosion-proof enclosures. With all
of these features and the various agency approvals available,
you're sure to find just what you are looking for.
These DP transmitters are measuring
natural gas flow in a 2-inch pipe mounted high overhead. The
user has mounted two F-Series totalizers on a local panel for
easy viewing and EPA requirement.
The F-Series range offers five different batch controllers
for the accurate dispensing of small amounts of liquids up
to the loading of trucks with two-stage control or analog
multi-stage control. The Delivery Controller is specially
designed for the delivery of unknown quantities of product;
it can be used for all kinds of products from gasoline and
oils to windshield fluid. All F-Series batch controllers have
a self-learning overrun correction for repeatable results
under varying conditions.
All F-Series models are available for safe area and hazardous
area applications
These batch controllers provide economical
batch control capabilities for simple applications. They are
available in explosion-proof, NEMA 4X aluminum and NEMA 4X
plastic enclosures.
This product group offers a unique range of comprehensive solutions
to calculate the consumption and net flow at standard conditions
or the ratio between two flows. Typical applications are found
on board ships to calculate fuel consumption, gas flow calculation
in power plants and the monitoring of two components blending
or the energy consumption calculation in cooling or heating
applications.
All F-Series models are available for both safe area and hazardous
area applications
The programmable exponent function available in many Precision
Digital meters is used to linearize the level signal in applications
using weirs and flumes and display flow rate and total in engineering
units.
The Vigilante® II annunciators are compact, panel-space
saving, easy to use annunciators available in models to handle
either four or eight flow switches. Each switch can have its
own custom message, such as "Low Flow Alarm", on
the Vigilante. When a flow switch trips, the LED for that
input flashes, a horn sounds and a relay transfers. The Vigilante
annunciator can even indicate which switch tripped first.
Monitors four or eight flow switches
