| Precision Digital's serial adapters
are designed to work with its line of Trident digital panel
meters. These adapters are available for RS-232 and RS-422/485
applications and can connect to the Trident via the standard
Precision Digital serial
protocol, optional
Modbus protocol or via a free
LabView driver.
One very important feature of these adapters is that they
are external devices, so one adapter can be used to program
as many Tridents from a computer as desired. Click

The PDA7488 is an adapter board for serial connection of
up to 6 Trident meters. It is particularly useful for data
acquisition applications as it simplifies wiring.
Precision Digital also offers serial converters to convert
RS-232 and USB to RS-422/485. These converters are available
in both isolated and non-isolated versions and will work with
any serial device, such as Nova controllers, Fluidwell flow
computers, ConsoliDators or any other device with a serial
port.
Precision Digital provides a free software utility called
MeterView which allows the
Trident to be programmed from a computer and also collect
data.

PDA7232
Trident RS-232 Adapter
The PDA7232 converts the serial output of the PD765 Trident
meter to an unbalanced, full-duplex RS-232 signal. Since it
is an external device, one PDA7232 in conjunction with free
MeterView software can be used to program and calibrate an infinite
number of Trident meters |

PDA7420
Trident Meter Copy Cable
The PDA7420 Trident meter copy cable connects two Trident meters
together so the programming from one Trident can be copied to
the other. No additional serial adapters are required. |
