Precision Digital offers serial adapters and converters and expansion modules to add versatility to its line of ProVu digital panel meters.
Serial adapters are available for RS-232 and RS-422/485 applications and can connect to the ProVu via the standard Precision Digital serial protocol.
One very important feature of these serial adapters is that they are external devices, so one adapter can be used to program as many ProVus from a computer as desired.
Serial converters are available to convert RS-232 and USB to RS-422/485. These converters are available in both isolated and non-isolated versions and will work with any serial device, such as Nova controllers, Fluidwell flow computers, ConsoliDators or any other device with a serial port.
A free software utility is available to program the ProVu’s 32-point linearization feature.
Expansion modules are available to add 4 relays and digital I/O capabilities to the ProVu.
